Meditation leads us to a state of consciousness that brings serenity and clarity, and is designed to carry us beyond the illusion created by our thoughts and senses so that we are able to experience everything in its truest form. Meditation is a natural way of improving life, and more and more doctors are prescribing meditation because of its healing benefits. Meditation is also used to know or realize the presence of God in daily life and requires discipline, determination, and patience.
